Our Services
Artemis develops enterprise software, financial infrastructure, automation systems, APIs, internal platforms, and related technology solutions for businesses.
Certain services may also be governed by individual contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), or licensing agreements.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain appropriate security over your accounts.
- Use Artemis services only for lawful purposes.
- Obtain all necessary rights to data provided to Artemis.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Artemis retains all rights, title, and interest in its software, source code, documentation, trademarks, branding, frameworks, internal tooling, and proprietary technologies.
Confidentiality
Artemis respects confidential business information and will protect client information in accordance with applicable agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements where executed.
Availability
While Artemis strives to provide reliable services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artemis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Artemis may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
